My stay at the Accent Hotel in Tbilisi had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the friendly and caring staff, the overall experience left much to be desired. The room I received didn't match the photos I'd seen online, and the lack of sound isolation made for a restless night's sleep.

Rooms

The Standard Double Room I stayed in was quite small. the layout felt cramped, especially since it had a tiny window with no view. Additionally, the bathroom quality was lacking, with some unpleasant smells lingering and the shower feeling less than clean.

On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and attentive. they genuinely seemed to care about my experience, though their responsiveness to my concerns about the room could have been better.

My stay at Accent Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the location was perfect for exploring the city, I was really let down by the room and overall quality of the hotel. It felt more average than boutique, leaving me wishing I'd booked somewhere else.

I was super disappointed with my room. It was small and dark with a tiny window, and the bathroom was in bad shape with a musty smell. Definitely not what I expected from the pictures.
Service

The staff was friendly enough, but when I raised my concerns about the noise and room issues, I didn’t get a proper response. Their focus seemed more on upselling treatments rather than addressing problems.

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent personal service. However, I did notice that the shower lacked a door, which made the bathroom quite wet during use.

I had a pretty mixed experience during my stay. The location was definitely a highlight, right in the center of the city. However, the room was not what I expected at all. it was small and didn't match the photos I saw online. The service was lacking, especially when it came to addressing my concerns.

My stay at Accent Hotel was quite disappointing, especially as it was our final nights in Tbilisi. The location was favorable, but I encountered significant issues with my room. The air conditioning was lacking, the sound isolation was practically non-existent, and the bathroom left much to be desired.

Rooms

I was shocked by the stark difference between the advertised rooms and what I received. My Standard Double Room was tiny, had a poor air quality, and the bathroom felt unkempt. I expected a cozy boutique experience, but instead, I faced a lack of privacy and noise issues.

The staff seemed more interested in selling additional services than addressing my concerns. When I reported my issues, the response was lackluster, and no real solution was offered, which was frustrating.

There were some redeeming qualities, like the hotel’s charm. However, I found the bathroom facilities lacking, particularly cleanliness standards and design.
